Artwork will be accepted and distributed during the hours that members sign up for - see current times and dates highlighted in black listed below.
Artwork pick-up times include:
Monday, May 2nd from 2:30-5 p.m. - need volunteer
Tuesday, May 3rd from 2:30-5 p.m. - need volunteer
Wednesday, May 4th from 2:30-5 p.m.
Thursday, May 5th from 2:30-5 p.m. - need volunteer
Friday, May 6th from 3:15-8 p.m.
Saturday, May 6th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. - need volunteer
Will Work Be For Sale? Artists have the option of selling their work for a 90% commission.
* When the exhibit opens, instructions for purchasing art will be available at the Museum for each piece listed "for sale." MAEA will handle purchases directly and all payments for art will be made directly to MAEA for processing. MAEA's treasurer will manage issuing payment to the artist.
What If I Prefer Not to Sell My Work? Of course! Simply list "NFS" (Not for Sale) when you submit your piece(s.)
