The second set of options are for Off-Campus Accommodations where YOU are responsible for finding your own accommodations.
* Note - The first four options include your 2024-25 Annual Membership Fee. If your 2024-25 membership is current, then select the fifth option: Fall Conference and Retired Life or Prepaid Annual Membership
Cancellation Policy: Notification of Cancellation received by: July 31st - 100% conference rate refund; Aug 15th - Full conference rate refund minus 5% service fee; Aug 31st - 50% full conference rate refund; After September 1st - no refund.
