Automatic Dual Membership (beginning February 1st)
We are proud to announce that beginning this month, the Maine Art Education Association (MAEA) will participate in a state–national partnership program with the National Art Education Association (NAEA). While MAEA will remain an autonomous affiliate organization, membership dues will be combined to include MAEA (STATE) + NAEA (NATIONAL) dues effective February 1, 2025.
As a current member of both NAEA and MAEA, and to ensure you don’t miss out on any important benefits, your membership for both associations will be combined. Your membership renewal date will be determined by the membership with the furthest expiration date—regardless if that date is your NAEA expiration date or your MAEA expiration date. Upon renewal of your membership, your dues payment will also conveniently cover the dues for both organizations. No action is needed from you to combine your membership to each association.
