The show will run: Saturday, January 27 through Friday, March 30.
Drop off- Friday, January 19 (1:30 – 8:00pm) and Saturday, January 20th (10:00am – 4:00pm) *Try and coordinate with others in your area for delivering artwork to the museum and picking it up. If you want to be a designated drop off person, e-mail Suzanne so she can alert the MAEA membership.

For drop-off, an additional time of Tuesday, January 23 from 2:00-4:00pm.
For pick-up an additional time of Monday, April 2nd from 1:30-4pm and Tuesday, April 3rd from 1:30-4pm.
Preparation of Artwork Each artist may select up to two 2-D or 3-D works to exhibit. (A diptych, triptych, or series of related works are acceptable.) Work must arrive *ready to hang with eye hooks and picture wire and matted, mounted, and framed (if applicable) in a professional manner. No “saw tooth” brackets or clip style frames shall be used. Artist’s name should be included on back of work. 3-d work should arrive secured on a base, if needed. We will display work on pedestals, unless otherwise directed. *The hanging committee reserves the right to refuse work that is not safely and professionally prepared.
Eligibility You must be a current MAEA member to participate.
Sales and Insurance The Saco Museum does not take any commission on sales. We ask that you please factor in 10% to your selling price as a donation to MAEA - thank you! Interested patrons will be contacting you directly using the information listed in our exhibition book. Artists are responsible for insuring their work in transit but the Museum will insure your work while in the Gallery.
Gift Shop Individual artists may sell prints, notecards, etc. in the gift shop on consignment, per approval of museum staff. The artist is responsible for pricing the items and ensuring that each piece is priced and providing an inventory of consigned items to museum staff. The consignment commission is as follows: 70% to the artist;30% to the museum. Consigned shop items must be dropped off and picked up according to the schedule for dropping off and picking up the exhibition.
Publicity Please send a high quality image of your work for the show (300 dpi, jpg no larger than 3 MB) along with title and medium to:email@example.com later than Friday, December 15th. Images may be used for our postcard, website, and press releases.
Artist Statement Please prepare a short artist statement (describing your interpretation of work, process) and a resume/curriculum vitae (no longer than 4 pages) and bring this with you to the drop off. We will include these in our exhibition book that will be on display in the gallery.
